Once again, MAA's students entered the Noetic Learning Math Contest (NLMC), a semiannual problem-solving contest for elementary and middle school students. For Grade 3, there was one team winner who also received the National Honor Roll award, and two students who received the National Honor Roll award. There were also eight third-grade students who received the Honorable Mention award.
For Grade 4, there was also one team winner who also received the National Honor Roll award, and one student who received the National Honor Roll award. Additionally, there were 18 Honorable Mention Awards. Fifth grade won the Team Achievement Award and one student received a team winner award and a National Honor Roll award. 4 students received National Honor Roll awards and 6 got an Honorable Mention.
In sixth grade, one student was team winner and also received the National Honor Roll award. There were 9 Honorable Mention Winners. Congratulations to all of these students and their teachers, Ms. Clinton, Mrs. Ryan, Mr. Kottmeier, Ms. Tobin, Ms.Druid, Ms. Gazzola, Mrs. Hall, and Ms. Lawhorn!
